KFC Malaysia

I have been a great fan of KFC and was making purchases for a 9 pcs box meal at the Nusajaya branch in Johor Bahru this evening (13/03/2026). I specifically requested more drumsticks, but the staff told me it had to be mixed parts.

So I didn't say anything but just kept quiet and waited for my turn to take away.

When I reached home, I was very shocked and annoyed that they gave me 80% breast meat and 20% thigh meat, but no drumsticks at all. This is very frustrating and disappointing, and I will never visit KFC from now onwards.

My number is 397. The people behind me had all gotten their food except me. The wait was really long.

saya beli combo syok 27ringgit tapi hanya dapat ayam dan dan minuman sahaja nasi tidak dapat .. kalau tidak cukup item jgn buka kfc kb..

oi ini lah masalah kfc terlampau kejar sales. suda tau tidak cukup bahan dibukanya juga. kalau bukan anak2 menangis suda tidak saya beli.

rugi saja bayar full tp dapat ayam saja. buat malu saja company kaya tp kedekut

saya order 2 set buy 1 free 1,batang sampai tak cukup!!!

Speechless aku tengok burger yang aku order untuk berbuka tak sama dengan apa yang aku expect. Well.

Nak try apa rasa Turkish Spicy burger but bila sampai.. bukan murah weh burger tuh..e givorder ala-carte pun dah nak cecah RM20.00.. cilaka betul.. nak ja aku pergi restaurant tu nak tanya sapa yg prepare burger ni..

On 31th Jan 2025. Ordered the KFC via their APP.

The rider requested us to pay additional RM5 due to we select the wrong location., We did not argue with him and ask us to complain with KFC not him.

I was speechless. Feel disappointed KFC has such rider.

I used my credit card to buy at KFCpantai remis around 5:20 yesterday. When I paid for the first time, the staff told me that it could not go through.

After trying one more time, it went through. But today I found that my bank showed that I paid twice

I walk in to order food for take away, and I had been waiting for past 45 mins and I haven't get my order, the staff is talking whe working and let customer waiting, not even give update, the service is very poor.

masa nak order sy tunggu 2-3 min lepas tu order. sy order 5 set snackplate. terus bg total . tak tya nak air lain ke .

spice ke ori ke . sy nak tambah order terus tak jadi.

staff muka poyo mcm tak mandi pagi.. pagi2 dah rasa sial ..

Anak lapar mengidam chesee wadges berharap dpt makan last2 staff bagi wadges tanpa cheese bodoh apaa ??? Lps tu bagi 2 cili sos ??? Apa bodoh lah staff Kfc sunway velocity bayar dah lah mahal sbb delivery punya, bodoh punya staff kfc velocity makanan jgn buat main anak2 lapar, keje tu biar ikhlas kalau ye pun letak la note sebelum delivery tu BODOHHH !!

Ive visited several KFC locations in the KL region, and unfortunately, they all tasted terriblenothing like the real KFC flavor. Out of the 11 herbs and spices, it feels like only 1 is being used, and thats just plain flour.

I also tried KFC in Penang and Langkawi, where theres at least some flavor left, but this is ridiculous.

The signature KFC taste is completely gone, and honestly, roadside fried chicken tastes better. Very disappointing.

I ordered Twister X without vegetables when I made a cash payment, I had already informed. However, when I returned home and opened it to eat, there were vegetables and your Twister is not hot at all.

I tried calling the outlet, but no one answered. What is the point of you guys keeping the phone?
