I have been a great fan of KFC and was making purchases for a 9 pcs box meal at the Nusajaya branch in Johor Bahru this evening (13/03/2026). I specifically requested more drumsticks, but the staff told me it had to be mixed parts.
So I didn't say anything but just kept quiet and waited for my turn to take away.
When I reached home, I was very shocked and annoyed that they gave me 80% breast meat and 20% thigh meat, but no drumsticks at all. This is very frustrating and disappointing, and I will never visit KFC from now onwards.

The rider requested us to pay additional RM5 due to we select the wrong location., We did not argue with him and ask us to complain with KFC not him.
I was speechless. Feel disappointed KFC has such rider.

Taste nothing like KFC - Total Rip off
Ive visited several KFC locations in the KL region, and unfortunately, they all tasted terriblenothing like the real KFC flavor. Out of the 11 herbs and spices, it feels like only 1 is being used, and thats just plain flour.
I also tried KFC in Penang and Langkawi, where theres at least some flavor left, but this is ridiculous.
The signature KFC taste is completely gone, and honestly, roadside fried chicken tastes better. Very disappointing.

I had an unfortunate incident at KFC, Gate Rite Centre, Verulam, where I fell with my child in my arms, causing damage to my knees and elbows. My tissues were internally injured, and my child bumped her head, which greatly traumatized her. I was unable to work for nearly a month because of the injury to my knee, which still isn't completely healed. The fall was due to KFC's negligence, as they left a soapy, slippery liquid on the floor without mopping it up or putting up a sign to indicate a wet or slippery floor.
In addition, the manager of KFC just walked away and locked herself in the room where the liquid and water were emanating from. The rest of the staff showed no empathy and were instead laughing and mocking us. Though there were two managers, neither came out to assist or express concern. Upon this, my husband called the SAPS and Reaction Unit SA for assistance. The officer from SAPS advised us to sue KFC for negligence and insubordination.
We sought legal advice from our attorney, who told us that we could indeed sue KFC. However, before taking legal action, my husband was called by another manager from KFC who asked us to wait as she pledged to assist. She merely asked us for the hospital documents.
I hope this explains the impact this incident had on us. It resulted in humiliation, stress, pain, and suffering. My medical issues should not be related to my personal medical aid. KFC showed no help, remorse, or empathy at all. Moreover, the insurance company, New National Assurance, who represents KFC, accused me of lying. They could've verified the incident by retrieving the camera footage but instead chose to accuse me of lying, which amounts to defamation of character. It's disheartening that we, as citizens, have to endure pain, suffering, and humiliation due to negligence from companies like KFC.
Preferred solution: Compensated for the pain and suffering, medical expenses, humiliation, negligence from KFC, transportation to and from hospital.
